COACHING STAFF
The Saint Charles East Fighting Saints are led by Head Coach Nolan Possley and are coached by a tremendous team of coaches at the Varsity, Sophomore, and Freshman levels. The coaching staff is focused on building student athletes of high character both on and off the football field.
HEAD COACH & OFFENSIVE COORDINATOR: Nolan Possley
Coach Possley is the Varsity Head Coach and Offensive Coordinator. He previously served as the Sophomore Head Coach for the past 3 seasons and he is also a teacher in the Business Department at St Charles East. He is a former Saints Quarterback and is proud to be a Saint.

DEFENSIVE COORDINATOR: Eric Kramer
Coach Kramer is the Varsity Defensive Coordinator. This will be Coach Kramer’s 13th year as a coach and he is also a phyical education teacher. Coach Kramer is proud to be a Saint.
DEFENSIVE LINE: Brian Teresinski
Coach Teresinski is the Varsity Defensive Line Coach. This will be Coach Teresinski’s 28th year as a coach. He is also a teacher in the Social Studies Department at St Charles East. He graduated from St Charles High School and is proud to be a Saint.
OFFENSIVE LINE: Max Schumann
Coach Schumann is the Varsity Offensive Line Coach. This will be Coach Schumann’s 2nd year as a coach and he is also a Deans Assistant at St Charles East. Coach Schumann graduated from St Charles East High School and is proud to be a Saint.
WIDE RECEIVERS: Joe Barczak
Coach Barczak is the Varsity Wide Receivers Coach. This will be Coach Barczak’s 4th year as a coach and he is also a teacher in the English Department at St Charles East. Coach Barczak is proud to be a Saint.
RUNNING BACKS: Mike Budzinski
Coach Budzinski is the Varsity Running Backs Coach. This will be coach Budzinski’s 10th year as a coach and he is also a physical education and drivers education teacher at St Charles East. Coach Budzinski is proud to be a Saint.
LINEBACKERS: Jason Potter
Coach Potter is the Varsity Linebackers Coach. This will be Coach Potter’s 16th year as a coach and he is also a physical education teacher at St Charles East. Coach Potter graduated from St Charles High School and is proud to be a Saint.
DEFENSIVE BACKS: Greg Bess
Coach Bess is the Varsity Defensive Backs Coach. This will be Coach Bess’s 7th year as a coach. Coach Bess is proud to be a Saint.
SOPHOMORE HEAD COACH: Chris Goryl
Coach Goryl is the Sophomore Head Coach and Defensive Coordinator. This will be Coach Goryl’s 14th year as a coach and he is also a teacher in the social studies department at St Charles East. Coach Goryl is proud to be a Saint.

Coach Washington is a Sophomore Assistant Coach. This will be Coach Washington’s 1st year as a football coach and he is also a deans assistant at St Charles East. Coach Washington graduated from St Charles East and is proud to be a Saint.
